	The B&B offers a continental buffet style breakfast
	Free WI-FI access
	Flat screen TV in the breakfast room
	Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm (after this time will incur an extra charge)
	Check-out: within 11am
	It is possible to hire bikes at the B&B
	On request we can arrange transfer to and from the airport
	Free car park in via Pietro Paolini, just outside the walls but 6 or 7 minutes on foot from the B&B

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
